Our partners at New York Fight Exchange have an exciting night of fights planned for us that is sure to pack the house. Good Fight will have a submission only tournament on Saturday, bringing in grappling/jiu jitsu competitors and fans. Our various other attractions, like the Catch Wrestling World Championships, Muay Thai Fights, Boxing bouts and the MMA World Expo Theater will make the Expo an even bigger draw for MMA enthusiasts. And of course, our celebrity signings, featuring huge names in MMA, are always a hit for fans.

*In accordance with the display rules and regulations, no exhibits or display may be dismantled before the official close of the show on Sunday.
For Friday, December 11 Load-in is 11 am – 3 pm and Saturday, December 12 from 8 am – 9:45 am. There is a 20-minute temporary parking allowed for MMA World Expo exhibitors on the inner roadway of the Javits Center located on 11th Avenue between 38th and 39th Street. No vehicles larger than an Econoline 350 van are permitted on the inner roadway. Upon entering the inner roadway, a security guard will provide you with your designated parking and a time-slip allowing you to unload your vehicle. Please remember that only hand-carried items and those which can be transported using a small luggage cart will be allowed entry. The show is located in the NORTH PAVILION . There must be a minimum of 2 people per vehicle, as one licensed driver must stay with the vehicle.
LOAD-OUT: Saturday, December 12 , 9 pm – 11 pm. Same rules apply as stated above.
Please note: You may “hand carry” or use nothing larger than a two-wheel baggage cart (rubber or plastic wheels only) to move items at no-charge from union labor. All materials loaded in/out of the loading dock will be subject to building charges for the handling of materials by union labor.
Exhibitors may install and dismantle their own exhibit and lay their own carpet in their own exhibit area as long as the following conditions are met:
1. The booth size is 100 square feet (10’ x 10’) or less;
2. The set-up can be reasonably accomplished in ½ hour or less;
3. No tools are used in the assembly or dismantle;
4. Individuals performing the work must be full-time employees of the exhibiting company and carry identification to verify this fact.
Exhibitors may also:
– Unpack and repack their own products in cartons, not crates.
– Exhibitors may “hand carry” or use nothing larger than a two-wheel baggage cart (rubber or plastic wheels only) to move items.
– Move a “pop-up” display, equal or less than 10’ in length, if capable of being carried by hand, by one full-time employee of the exhibiting company.
– Do technical work on their own machines, such as balancing, programming, cleaning of machines, etc. equal or less than 10’ in length, if capable of being carried by hand, by one full-time employee of the exhibiting company.
ALL personnel are required to be badged including models, athletes, etc. Additional badges may be purchased on-site at the exhibitor registration counter. Please note that ALL personnel working the booth must be from the same company listed on your exhibitor application. Co-exhibiting is not permitted unless there is written consent and arrangements made from show management. Please check your booth package for number of exhibitor badges included.
Each badge entitles the holder to access to the show on both days. Exhibitors may attend any of the functions listed in the show schedule including the business seminars. Please note, there are fees for special functions and amateur MMA seating.
Please submit your Exhibitor Badge information (Name, Company, Title, Email) by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org.
The exhibit hall will be locked and show management will be providing perimeter security during all non-exhibit hours. Despite security measures, there is always the chance for theft to occur. It is advised not to leave valuables out in the open when you are booth is unoccupied. Please note that show management is not responsible for any theft or damage to your property.
Please notify show management immediately if you or any members of your staff are solicited for business by non-exhibiting vendors. Remember, you have paid for the right to be in your booth space and illegal solicitors undermine the entire point of having an expo. Show management will remove any attendee who is caught soliciting and is not a registered exhibitor.
Should you receive a notice from show management requesting a meeting from our business buyers, please respond ASAP as it will be up to you and the business attendee to set a mutually agreeable time to meet.
Unless you have pre-ordered a booth package with furnishings or have ordered furnishings via our show decorator, your exhibit booth is equipped at no charge with the following:

Centerplate is the exclusive provider of food and beverage inside the Jacob Javits Center. The following sample sizes, however, are allowed to be distributed by vendors if the manufacture and/or selling of the product is a part of their everyday business:

In accordance with display rules and regulations and security measures, no one under the age of 16 will be admitted in the exhibit hall during move-in or move-out. There will be no exceptions .
Children of any age are admitted during Show hours on Show Days ONLY. For security reasons, children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
If any copyrighted music is to be played in your booth, you must obtain all necessary licenses from the copyright owner or licensing agency representing the copyright owner. The licensing requirements include the playing of live, as well as recorded music, (records, tapes, compact discs, etc.) and also include music, whether it is the essence of the presentation or is only used as background, on a videotape or other presentation. The MMA World Expo is in no way responsible for or liable for any exhibitor copyright infringement.
Our decorators will maintain a Service Center during set-up, show days and dismantling. All other official show contractors will also be set up in this area as well. All inquiries regarding booth services and orders should be made at the Exhibitor Service Center, including booth furnishings, labor, freight, utilities, and special show services. Exhibitors who have ordered labor are asked to check in at this desk when they are ready to install their exhibits.
Exhibitors are advised to see that their regular company insurance includes coverage outside of company premises and that they have their own theft, public liability and property damage insurance. Show Management and its contractors will not be responsible for injury or damage that may occur to an exhibitor or his/her employees or agents, nor to the safety of any exhibit or other property against theft, fire, accident, or any other destructive causes. Please be sure you have read the Exhibitor Terms and Conditions in application for your booth for all exhibition rules and regulations. It is the exhibitor’s responsibility to adhere to all rules pertaining to your license agreement.
When you attend the MMA WORLD EXPO, you enter an area where photography, audio, and video recording may occur.
By entering the event premises, you consent to interview(s), photography, audio recording, video recording and its/their release, publication, exhibition, or reproduction to be used for news, web casts, promotional purposes, telecasts, advertising, inclusion on web sites, or any other purpose by MMA WORLD EXPO and its affiliates and representatives. You release MMA WORLD EXPO, its officers and employees, and each and all persons involved from any liability connected with the taking, recording, digitizing, or publication of interviews, photographs, computer images, video and/or or sound recordings.
By entering the event premises, you waive all rights you may have to any claims for payment or royalties in connection with any exhibition, streaming, web casting, televising, or other publication of these materials, regardless of the purpose or sponsoring of such exhibiting, broadcasting, web casting, or other publication irrespective of whether a fee for admission or sponsorship is charged. You also waive any right to inspect or approve any photo, video, or audio recording taken by MMA WORLD EXPO or the person or entity designated to do so by MMA WORLD EXPO.
You have been fully informed of your consent, waiver of liability, and release before entering the event.
